7. What method of payment do you accept?
At this time Chef Express only accepts payments of money orders, cash, Square Cash, and checks. We do not Accept Paypal. We apologize for any inconveniences.
6. How do I reserve a date for an event?
After your consultation with our Chef Express management team, you should make a 10% payment of the initial deposit to reserve your date in our calendar.
5. How far ahead should I book your services/make a deposit?
For small events booking should take place 30-60 days prior to event date. For weddings and other major events booking should take place 90-120 days prior to event date. All deposits are non-refundable.
4. What extra services do you provide?
Chef Express offers the following services:
Drop-off Service: The food is delivered to the predetermined location. Chef Express is not responsible for providing beverages, setup of the food, providing any equipment, providing food servers, or any cleanup after the event.
Full Setup Only: Chef Express delivers the food to the predetermined location and sets up the food spread, along with decorations for the food tables (does not include table linen). We are not responsible for providing servers or cleanup after the event, but we do provide beverages.
Full Services: Chef Express provides full staff service, full setup of food spread,beverages, decorations for the food tables (does not include table linen), and partial cleanup service.
